Breast is best for my baby, but how can I find the perfect bra for me?
Welcome to my site. My name is Sheree Young and I’m a registered nurse and lactation consultant. I also have three breastfed children. Moms often ask me to recommend a great nursing bra. Over the years, I’ve listened to their feedback and I have come up with a short list of bras for every body. Visit the pages on the right to find the perfect bra for you.
Some things to consider as you look for the perfect nursing bra:

Does it offer support when the nursing flaps are folded down? Fuller-breasts often need this support.

Does it have an underwire? Wearing underwire bras may increase the risk of mastitis (a breast infection).

Is the cup size adjustable? Many women fluctuate in size the first couple of months. Some cups have two or three hooks to make the cup a little larger or smaller.
